450BPH Industrial 18.9L Bottle Cleaner Drinking Water Production
The external brushing and internal high-pressure rinsing machine is designed for efficient pre-washing of 5-gallon and 20L water bottles. The machine integrates a rotating outer brush with high-pressure internal rinsing to remove dust, dirt, and residual impurities from both the barrel surface and inner wall.
Built with SUS304 stainless steel, the structure is durable, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for long-term operation in water
plants. The combined inner–outer cleaning process ensures cleaner bottles before entering the main washing or filling line,helping improve final product hygiene and reduce contamination risks.
The machine features stable performance, simple operation, and easy maintenance, making it an ideal pre-wash solution for gallon water production lines.
